    Interesting one,bit of work needed

It's probably just superficial, but I wouldn't be able to trust it. I would have though there'd be plenty of non-destructive (from the frames perspective) of removing a seized post.

    Not cool! Pricey Cool Tool

I still have what's left of one of those, pretty sure the jaws snapped pretty much immediately and it was retired to a toolbox (probably still there 20 years on).

    Magura Sleeve Question

The first time I road with maguras, back in 1996, I managed to throw myself over the handlebars when I thought I'd test them. This was prior to v-brakes, so I wasn't used to brakes that actually worked.

    Columbus Max Explosif

One of my friends bent one of those on its first outing. I think it must have been '95 or '96.

    Magura Sleeve Question

Re: Re: They look really good, what did you paint them with? I need to sort mine at some point, they could do with their 24 year service now.

    Magura Sleeve Question

Re: Re: Yup, just squeeze 'em, they'll be fine. They don't even need to be that tight, I managed to snap a few of the supplied alloy bolts when I fitted mine the first time.

    Magura Sleeve Question

That looks about right, the sleeve doesn't need to wrap right around, you'd want a reasonable gap to make sure they'll clamp properly. Were those clamps painted originally? Fairly sure the ones on mine are black.

    Repairing a leather seat (help)

Hi All, My flite titanium has seen better days and could do with a tidy-up. It's badly scuffed but there are no tears. Is there any magic goo that I can paint it with? Thanks John

Re: Not quite a tee, but I just found thing under a pile of gym clothes. Must have bought it in the mid to late 90s, I'm amazed in still in such good condition I used to wear it all the time.
