all finished now with record brakes and only the saddle a modern version the rest is almost late 70's early 80's. Will look for a record chainset as my nest upgrade

Yes its a 20 seat tube. They can't have made many of them. It fits me well with a good length of seat pin visible.
Skirt of frame size Steve Joughin would have used.
It's meant nearly complete so will post a photo soon.

That's fine, I now seem to recall Chris Boardman riding a Cougar so may well renovate as a Cougar rather than a Dolan!!! You don't see any about but did a search and found a couple of other threads on Cougars on here so they are out there.

Yes a pro re spray by Colourcraft in Crayford,Kent. I am really pleased with it. They found the exact transfers to match to the original livery. I have owned the bike from new so know its pedigree!!!!
