Hmm, hard to call it really. I'm probably 'over suspicious' when it comes to schill bidding etc, but it could well be genuine. Anyhow, it's back on again now (don't ask!) so I'm just sounding the lad out!

It's entirely possible it wasn't a schill bid of course, I just decided that it might be and hoped that someone would know whether that price is fair, or it's not actually worth that much. I realise it's all subjective (the value, I mean) but it'd be interesting to get some 'in the know'...
