I’ve had the frame upside down & the post in a vice, problem is it sheared off almost flush to the frame, now I’m left with nothing to grip, tried hacksaw blades cutting it & a screwdriver but it’s welded stuck & im doing more harm than good i think 🤦🏼♂️
