I got the LBS to fit it, just purchased campag compatible rear wheel. Seem to remember they had to order a special locking nut or something to fit it. I don't know why.

Cheers. Yeah it's an 8 speed. Slightly tough going on the South Downs so I purchased a new rear cassette with a 28 big ring but didn't get round to fitting so will throw that in.

Should have also mentioned that the left crank arm is missing, sorry. Seat tube is 55cm from centre of crank to top of tube. Top tube is 57cm centre to centre. And here are the photos finally.

Hi, I've had this bike from new. The frame and campy avanti group set are as purchased. I replaced the old wheels with fulcrum 3s last year but the front one has a dent from hitting a pothole, which Is noticeable when on the front brake. The shifters are second hand mirage. I have some NOS down...

Yep, it's still for sale. Pretty sure it's reynolds, notice the green and gold badge on the frame above the shifters, will update what it says exactly once I've had a closer look. No real rust to speak of, except on the end of the left side of the drop handlebars which has caused the grip...

Yeah, I'm 5'10" but feel comfortable on it as I have a pretty long body. So you can see from my seat position how big it is! Would be best suited for anyone 6' or over I reckon.

I've had these wheels from new. I've used them for about 2 years on the road (in fair weather) and the rest of the time they've been in the loft so are in good condition. They are 32h atlanta 96 rims. From looking at googled pictures I think they are also atlanta hubs, with an 8 speed cassette...
