I've still not had any luck identifying this, even with googling till my eyes are bleeding  Anyone got any more suggestions - the serial number is AJ02051102 if any of the retro gurus out there have an encyclopedic knowledge of frame numbers - it's worth a try
I'm gonna build it...
wasn't the SGS a four bar linkage - this frame is single pivot at the rear.
I'll get it stripped and repainted over the winter - have to start raking the internet for bits now.
I picked this frame up for the same as a pint - half of me reckoned it was a cheapo BSO but I was a wee bit intrigued with some of the design - was going to give it to the local youths bike project. I was expecting it to be finest quality heavyweight steel but it's ally and it appears to be...
i'll take pics tomorrow and post up.
the seat tube has split at the top and someone has stuck woodscrews through and into the seatpost to hold it up. I just don't have the time at the moment to repair it and I'm needing to have a clear out
GT i-Drive frame (Blue/white) I think it's 2001 ish - the seat tube is knackered but the rear end and the i-drive unit are good. I'm sure someone out there is looking for an i-drive and I'd prefer not to bin it if it will be of use. No pics but i can take some and email if required. I have no...
Picked up my brand spanking new Genesis Latitude today - been out for a wee ride with junior tonight and fair enjoyed myself - haven't been out for 5 weeks due to the arm injury (it's much better but still full of dirty gunk)
Still got the retro disease though :D
and yes - all the...
decided to have a wee clearout as things seem to be breeding again - so i've decided to pass on the Diamondback Ascent as i'm not really going to get around to it for a long time (if at all)
The bars and stem are in the shed and i've stripped the biopace chainrings off so they'll be in...
I've got a Diamondback x-link for putting back together and i need a rear shock - i've been and tried to measure it and not sure if i'm measuring right - it's either 185mm or 190mm - does anyone know what the measurement should be? Thanks
Gave junior a pat on the back today - he scored a deal on a 2001 GT i-drive for £20 - the bikes complete but his mate was getting rid off because the seat tube is broken (part of it has broken off and someone has drilled through the tube and post and slipped a bolt right through to hold it all...
