New year bump

Think i’ve got it all on a little used 88/89 ubrake Cape Wrath. Some might be M730. Nice Araya Rm20 too, gold label anodised. Will have a look today and see what’s what.

Ah ok, is that why you suggest looking inside the head tube? To see if there’s red paint inside?

The serial list says this didn’t have a painted headtube? Is the bike on this site somewhere?

This caught my eye…interesting looking frame..not at least the dropout area. Kaktus Bike is a new one on me for the front wheel and hub - from Slovakia. Anyone have any idea what the frame is. Oval top tube.

I went to see this last week. The frame has a bad dent on the downtube by the bottle cage and one directly underneath it too. Like something had squeezed it. The chainrings/crank was at an angle on the drive side and touching the stay. It’s in a bad way. It’s very small. I left it for someone...

Looks like an 88 Pine mountain but with later decals. That downtube lettering is 1990 on isn’t it. Perhaps someone thought it deserved an rebrand a couple of years after they got it
