I think I need a square taper BB 68 x 122.5 which is longer on the chain wheel side by about 10mm I have tried an old 68 x 113 but the triple chain wheel is in set in to much for the front dérailleur to go any where near the smallest ring. Can anyone guide me to the correct one to buy please.

Right I can build bikes, I understand mountain bikes and road bikes. Don't have a chuffin clue about BMX bikes. Just bought a BMX for radartling#2 - needs a little work. Grips and brakes need replacing/tweaking. Rear brake is a U brake type thing that has funny cables, front has some pretty naff...
