    Eroica rules for number of spokes for wheels.

    Thanks. I'm thinking of riding the Eroica 100 miler in June, and hope that 42 x 28 will get me up the climbs! Also that by then, I'll be able to fit into my Molteni jersey :wink:

    28 spoke wheels were used extensively in the 1970s, but Eroica rules demand at least 32 spokes..... How rigidly is this rule enforced in Eroica events??
