Looking for a 56cm (circa) steel Specialized Allez, anything from the mid-late 80s would work. Any colour and configuration considered, as well as frameset only, as long the conditions are good. Anything laying around? Thanks! Federico pictures for reference:

I ended up removing the CdA/Athena graphite groupset, CK headset and modern bits for a more conservative C-Record/Chorus mix, plus longer stem and Record headset. Pleased with the result but I think I'll put a classic Flite Ti on it sooner or later.

Looking for a set of 26" wheels on M560 hubs. Cosmetic condition not really important as long they are solid and braking track is in good nick! :wink: Based in London!

Maybe because most people nowadays are used to downsize their frames (compact geo, big saddle-to-bars drop, shorter reach, etc) and when getting a classic frame they don't know what size to get?

Thanks guys! :shock: Why's that? Too much going on in your opinion? I personally think that the seatpost complete the motif like it happens now on more recent carbon framesets! I'm still wondering anyway why it has a limited edition (100th Paris Roubaix) sticker, as to me this frame looks...

Added a brake for proper road testing (Casiraghi Industriale cable for who's wondering): PS: As I've seen pictures from the 1994 attempt, Moser's bike had as well the fork drilled, but just to mount the computer.
