Hi I have got a 1980's Aero reflex the frame and forks look excellent quality but the wheels look really cheap quality and are stamped FIS did these bikes come as a frame and forks only deal or were they available ready built any info would be greatly appeciated

what you got send me pictures and prices please (no beat up old stuff it has to be nice)
