I'm trying to replace the original impact headset on my Kona but I can't get the cups out. How can I manage this? I have tried knocking them out using some old handle bars and a hammer (this seems to work with newer headsets). Any ideas will be appreciated.

I've seen a BMW advertised in a magazine before, and it actually looked okay. full susser, Manitou up front, had hydro discs, all in all looked a decent set up, not that I'd buy it.

Yeah I once came off the mountain into the village I was staying at and there was quite a steep road into the village with a 30MpH speed limit sign at the bottom, I was pumping all the way down and I could smell the burning rubber. And there was no way I was within the limit :lol:

Loving the chainring, didn't notice at first, just caught my eye as I left the page.

Bit of a daft question, but I've taken to using a Petzl Tikka head torch, 3LEDs burn time of about 85 hours and a red LED on the back. Are head torches legal? Or do I need a proper bike light on the front too?

The green ones are poo, a lot of the green has flaked off mine, they're a nice colour though. Mine were £140 when they first came out now they're about £90 :cry:

Wouldn't cables get gunked up regardless of the shifters you had? And just don't fall off!!! Gripshift is great! :D

They don't go the whole length off the handle bar from the brake leve to the end??? You can still hold the normal grips. Dunno if you mean fat as in a large diameter, they're just the same as the diameter of a grip. Or fat as in long, I've never had a problem with fitting grips, I've...
