Not sure what size i need. Frame has 27mm seat post and a very slim shim. Anyone know the correct size or have a clamp to sell? thanks

Wanted for kona frame with 27.0mm seat post, Callipers measure the seat tube outer at bang on 28mm, so I'm guessing that's what i need. Silver or Black preferred. Thanks :)
