I'm not an expert by far but sure I could make a better job than that 😁, not sure if the frame is worth building on thou ? Really interested in what it may be .

Thanks for your reply , appreciate your input . I’ve tried to separate the steerer and head stock but not managed as seems seized . What would the numbers on BB represent ? . Wheels are 27 but not sure there original either . Looks like someone tried to make a fixie of it and built from the hub...
