Taken a chance and bought this poor thing off ebay, don't know what i'm gonna do with it but we'll work it out once it turns up! Will get a thread going once it arrives.

With my bergamont e cargoville (shown a few pages back) sold i got myself tern's new machine the orox, gen 4 bosch motor, 800 w/h battery with capacity for a second one. Pannier capacity has gone up from 52 litres per bag to 72 litres per bag. Had it since monday, so much fun!

My kona kilauea, has had a respray in the past with pretty poor decals fitted, currently running a rohloff hub gear and a mix of hope, tune and shimano deore bits. At some point will be getting the frame altered to fit it properly without the torque arm and cable ties holding the cables in place.

Bit of an update, bike now got the front rack on full time with the tern weather top bag (added 45 litres to the 104 litres of capacity i have with the panniers!) and it's now got mudflaps front and rear. it's going to need a major overhaul in the spring though, 2 years of full time commuting...

Soma's sold, built up a jones plus frameset after many years of wanting one. Currently setup for commuting and touring with 2.35" g one speeds.

That gives me ideas for an old scott frameset i have....!🤔

Commuted on my SS soma sandworm for 2 years, had mudguards, hub dyno, framebag etc..! Used as a proper mtb since buying my ebike!

great thread, already posted my new (to me) JW-4 in another thread but here it is. Need to find some different shocks, front is noisy and the rear has no damping at all, other than that it's spot on!

the bike shop i work in, we sell cargo bikes, most people who test them will go for the e version, more fun and more likely to get used because of that assistance. From my own experience i certainly wouldn't carry what i do and ride the distances i do on mine if it were non e assist! cost is...

don't have a car so my main commuter/do everything bike is my bergamont e cargoville, before that commuted on various steel touring bikes over the years!
