Outer n middle are alloy rings. 50, 36, 26. I believe this Era was 9 speed, but used it perfectly as 8 speed. Throwing in a 116 x 68 carbon cartridge BB, which is unused and v light. Whole set up is lighter than some HTech.

Re: more photos Here is a few more shots of the frame/fillet braze and the Judy Xc. They still run elastomer and I may just have a pair of new springs, should they ever elect to give up service.
