Thanks, LGF. I've found a lot more about Mr Stafford than that, but I won't post it here. Looks like two of us are just out of luck: he's decided to keep our money and disappear. I've adjusted my seller feedback accordingly.

After waiting almost a year for fork/stem, I now have to say that it's not recommended buying anything from RAFbikes unless your payment method allows a refund (ie. PayPal NOT as friends/family, etc). I'm not the only one who's still waiting for goods. RAFbikes has contacted me with promises...

LGF: thanks again. Those appear to be from last year: no ebay, twitter or FB posts since November 2015. But at least now two phone numbers (land lines) and two addresses.
