Seems like one huy has help and sent me in the direction of a raleigh winner made in Nottingham December 1982 number 17733 made that month

It doesn't say raleigh on it anywhere but some one has said it may be a Carlton There is a number on the frame but I don't think it will help that much

I was told when I bought it the frame was a raleigh equipe but after looking around I'm not overly sure that it is as the brake boss on the rear triangle and the rear tubing is all different can anybody help out if they have any ideas
