I use various painters - the Bianchi was painted in Italy and the Claud by Mario Vaz in London. The Hobbs and Excel are in original paint - the Excel still has all the gold feathering on just about every tube if you look carefully
You shouldn’t get me started - far too many pics.😂😂
Anything in particular you’d like to see? They are 1937 Bianchi , 1949 Claud Butler Sport Anglais , 1939 Hobbs Continental Model and the late 40s Excel
Hey - whatever takes your fancy Guiness! - I kinda see this as my ‘Irish’ bike but orange may be too much😂😂☘☘️
These are some others I’ve done. I think the red tape and green cabling works on the Claud Butler but want to do something different.

Cheers - I’m gonna get it up and running as a fixie to start. I’d like to leave that wheelset as is. I have a few Conloy rims knocking about but think they’re 26”. But the longer term plan is to do it with an alloy Sturmey FM set up.
Also have a nice fluted set of Williams cranks (albeit circa...
Looks lovely - can’t wait to get riding mine too👍

I have a load of early hiduminium brakes and period Brooks saddles so it should be possible to get a fairly...
Gave the bars and seatpost a clean on the green RRA today. Both came up well and they’re both stamped Reynolds Aluminium Alloy. The bars are the Maes bend and the seatpost is the R1 version and with a date code of 10 53.
Assuming that’s Oct 1953 and the post is original it could mean this bike...
Thanks - as you can see , it wasn’t when I started😂 Just nice that it survived - loads of track bikes didn’t 😥 I had no other option than a full restoration for obvious reasons
