I have an MA40 built onto an Ofmega SFQR front hub and all in excellent condition. The rim transfer is the earlier style however, not like yours.

I have a pair of 28h GP4 rims. They have been built and had some use but the braking surfaces are only lightly marked as they were only used for TTing.

Not exactly what you are looking for but I have a pair of Mavic GP4 28 hole tubular rims with only light braking marks. I prefer to sell as a pair. £20 plus postage.
