'93 Team Marin £235 BIN

Nightmare, seller says they may post but paydays not till next week.
I've always wanted to replace my old one which was to small.
The seller says there's is a 17.5" but it looks bigger than my old bike looking at the gap between the toptube and downtube.

I think your old on is actually a 15.5inch, a size smaller than the 17.5inch he has for sale?

Yes that definitely looks bigger than yours. Yours also looks in a ot better condition. :)

I have the 95 version but mine is 20 inch. The finish looks quite tricky to fix if it has as many rust spots as the one for sale though.

That would definitely explain why it was to small for me then lol
It was one of those moments where deep down you know the bike will be to small for you but everytime you rode it you tried to kid yourself, it's not that bad really,a little cramped but workable lol because you were desperate not to have to sell it🤣

Mine was definitely in better nick than this one but they do clean up quite well with some effort.
I've got no luck with Team Marins, after that one was sold i found a 94 Team Marin. But when i removed the bb rust was there, some bangs on the driveside chainstay and more rust kept appearing resulting in this, holes in the chainstay 😥

If they sit with water in (kept outside) I've seen that sadly.

Marin were still measuring c to c at this point, even though most others had swapped to c to t. So your is a 15" and the one for sale looks like a 17.5".

they also rid 19 and 20.5.
