This is my Bontrager Race Lite 1996.
It was bought from Sshokwave Nottingham.
Pretty much as it left the shop.
Switch blade forks. WTB canti brakes.
Bontrager bars stem bar ends wheels.
Shimano LX Deore XT mix.
Panarcer Smoke and Dart. White.

Privateer ( made by trek from about 1996)

Ti lite

Geometry was almost identical between models.

Pre 91ish there was only one frame " bontrager OR (off road)

It depends on what you mean by hierarchy. The original price or position in the line up when they were new? Than it would be Ti lite on top and Privateer last. The diserabilty? That is personal. For me it would be Race, Race Lite and Off road all equal on top and Ti lite and Privateer following on a distance.
