It’s either a ‘91-‘92 model based on the MC1, the rear dropouts and the amount of seat tube extending above the top tube. You can confirm which year by the serial number on the bottom bracket. You’ll usually get more for the bike the more original it is. The paint looks in ok condition (some visible scratches/chips on the seat stays) but it’s been repainted - not sure if factory or not. The logos are from the ‘94 and later models and for some reason the Klein logo on the fork was painted a different color than the logos on the toptube/downtubes. Given all this, hard to guess a value but you can look at past eBay auctions to get a sense of what bikes have been going for.

Thank you very much .. would this be a good bike to make into a dirt jumper? I researched the spin mags and don't wanna destroy them by casing a jump or two lol.. 1,100 usd on eBay which sounds way high.. again thanks for your time and knowledge. Any more information you have would be welcomed

Early 90´s lightweight aluminium frame for dirt jumping is a not a good idea, not to mention the Spin wheels. Frame/fork/stem/bar combo could fetch a fair bit of money depending on the condition (paint, dents, cracks), so much better to use these proceeds towards a dedicated dirt jump bike. These frames were never intended for big jumps/abuse, would be a shame to wreck it and risk injuries when it fails.
