What I believe to be the 1986 Muddy Fox flyer for the then new Courier. Interesting to compare with the 1987 flyer that's on here. I see that the photo shows the earlier style of decals in what look like black and gold on the two main frame tubes as opposed to the more common yellow and black...

Well they are like London buses you wait for ages then 2 come along together.
The one I picked up today is exactly the same but minus the wheels and saddle. I will check the frame number tomorrow against the other one.

Checked the date codes on the hubs and brake levers of mine today, which looks the same as yours, and they all say 86.
I don't know if the white paint was the same in later years but this post looks at RAL numbers:
