Nicely brazed head tube. Silly question, how do you know it's reynolds? Any stickers on it to help id?

I don't think it's a Raleigh as the head tube looks un-reinforced.

Edit Chain stay bridge isn't typical Raleigh and no logo engraved on the seat stays.

What's the engraving on the drop outs?

Custom built for Graham Weigh, Deeside bike shop.

This may be a stupid question, why don't you ask them who built it?
