I don't think it's a Raleigh as the head tube looks un-reinforced.

Edit Chain stay bridge isn't typical Raleigh and no logo engraved on the seat stays.

What's the engraving on the drop outs?

Did that this morning and they wern't that sure. but thay said it was a guy called Paul Donohue.
