a mr control disc brake adaptor lx/tx hub.......



or one of these.........

it comes with bolts to bolt through the spoke holes to secure it to the old hub and lets you run a 6 bolt disc .

oh it'll have to be for a 36 hole hub .

I have seen these a long time ago but none since.
Mr Control did make a few good widgets, which I bought a few. None of these unfortunately.
 
There is a firm (Canadian I think) that do these, they also do the rear canti/v to disc mount that attaches to the frame brake bosses. Can't remember what they are called, but what I do remember is that they did these disc converters in lots of bling colours.
