I agree, smells like cod but I dont get it as he he specifying pickup only, so what you turn up with the money and get mugged / murdered?

i dont think its vsus, just think the listings are appalling! all going to go cheap. i would imagine the problem will be getting him to part with them for sod all after the auctions have finished

Dodgy as can be! The cross roads is clearly a stumpjumper! "bike d" doesn't look a whole lot like a Specialized steel road frame and is obviously a repaint, but appears to have Dura Ace cranks and a Mavic rear mech. bike 1 is a rocklobster ti with XTR/hope etc etc etc. Combined with selling mobile sims, I've no idea what he's playing at, but he's definitely playing at something! I'd imagine he'd want cash only and you'd get a mugging when you turn up to collect.

yep, definite scam.

the pictures are all ripped off from flickr, eg.

http://www.flickr.com/photos/ultralpha/384264328/sizes/o/ which is from someone in Philadelphia,

while

http://www.flickr.com/photos/jhvu/2152365429/sizes/l/ is from a completely different chap in Los Angeles.

makes me seethe.
