All sorted now. Nothing more to see.



I'm after the following

* 1.25" Flexstem. Not too long.
* 1.25" black quill stem. Nothing too long. An Answer ATAC would be nice or something european
* One set of black ski or stubbie bar ends. Good condition.
* A bike's worth of inexpensive V brakes with levers
* 31.8 bottom pull front mech. Mid range - STX-RC would be perfect

Dave think I may be able to help.

Sachs Gripshift 8 speed I can do but don't know the model. Will be removing from bike this weekend and can take pic's if you don't find any before; and front mech, I just need to check it is 31.8mm and BP, which I am quite sure it is (STX-RC). This I can check tonight.

I have a brand new Kalloy ETC 27.2, inserted, removed, never ridden. Nice polished finish

or

a 27.2 Kalin, clean, plain alloy, used but good condition.

if this is for the Proflex - I have a funny feeling the seatpost diameter isn't 27.2... perhaps check it with one you already have?? I may be wrong.

Yeah, slid a 27.2 in and it seemed to fit. Hmm. Better check again before spending money.

I may have a cassette , but I have plenty of spacers .

* 1.25" Flexstem. Not too long.

I have all the bits to make one up. NOS (but small scratches) quil.

Choice of extension :

NOS 140 extension (deburred / radiused ready for color coding)

OR

Second hand 125 ish extension (silver, scratched, mechanically good but would need re painting, clamp bolt hole slightly elongated)

All pivots, bushes, damper etc are second hand but good cond.


* Black flat bars. Nothing too fancy. As wide as you can.

Italibrau (or somthing like that ) they were bought new by me in about 92ish - allways did well in tests. 171g full length - these are choped to 550 ish - will check. If you remember BITD they were liked as they have the ingrediants / composistion engraved on the underside - so everyone put them on upside down Few light scratches, noting major.

* 7 speed 12-28 cassette and spacer for 8 speed hub

Got, Shinano HG, The chromed version, light wear, nothing serious. Complete but no spacer for 8 speed.
