Hi,
I would ask him why the original bolt that connects the monostay is gone and replaced by the one pictured.
Overall they used to be sturdy frames with not much issues.
You only see the pure materials, but the frame is entirely clearcoated. This should make polishing a bit of a problem, but that at the same time should be needed just because of the coat.
