Manchester Cycle Jumble Sunday 5th Aug 11-3pm

hey is this is a sale or something lol? what kinda stuff gona be sold here? do we gotta pay any entrance fees?
 
its a large bike jumble
i havent been for years
used to be mainly road gear and was held in velodrome
usually a nominal fee for entrance
good day out even if only to browse

The one earlier this year was excellent, loads of bargains! 8)

Couple of quid on the door.

Having to miss this one for the British Steel ride - £60 of fuel to the Forest of Dean being a much safer bet financially! :oops:

Please keep an eye out for the wanteds in my sig & nice pair of 700c rims, early '90s, light but strong enough for 'cross! :wink: :lol:
 
That's quite a generous contribution Pete, assuming its not costing that much to the meet point :lol:
 
Got there at about 9.15am. Not a huge amount of stuff there and not many people about either. Certainly alot smaller than the January one.
 
I got there at 10am.
A couple of nice things Pace RC31 £20, Raleigh Torus (was close to buying!), Klein Mantra in Koi (even closer to buying!), NOS Mavic X517 pair £40, loads of Hope wheelsets seemed to be around £120. I saw a young lad carrying an old Kona frame and forks.
Just came away with a quill stem adaptor for a few pounds.
I did see someone in a brown Retrobike T-shirt thinkng about it.
It was a lot smaller than the indoor one in January, I think the weather might have put people off.
