Its time I cleared the decks of everything that has no home here with me. After reading many of the wanted ads, I realised I have too much slack and items many seem to want, that are of no use to me.Its all of varying quality, so please read the description. All prices will be to your door, inclusive of all postage costs etc. I will of course re-adjust any postage for anyone wanting multiple items. Many items are Postage costs only, with pocket money prices. SOLD 4) What look like MTB cranks to me, marked L&M on the drive side crank, metallic red in colour, 177.5mm length, bulky alloy type, square taper, 3 chainrings (no bolts) 42t silver, 32t red, 22t silver. SOLD 19) Zeus Criterium Pedals Late 1970's / Early 80's, excellent all round condition. Bit scuffed here and there from use but would mirror polish nicely around the outer plate. You can't take a fingernail to the scuffs, mere abrasion of the anodised surface. Slight loss of chrome to 1 of the plastic domed dustcaps. (8mm blob) condition 8/10 Price £28 SOLD

SOLD 20)Campagnolo 1978 Nuovo Rmech This is the model with the little black plastic doodar covers on the adjuster screws. Excellent condition overall BUT and its a big but, the back cage plate is completely guffed from chain rub. It needs a new 1. Jockey wheels are also the bestpart of useless. Fixing bolts are very acceptable, just marks from being fitted too often on the chrome around the hex-hole. Body, springs, the whole mech is tight as a camels, just those 2 items to get it back to a 9/10. condition 6/10 Price £16 SOLD

Update: "Those items marked as sold are actually gone now, and are not awaiting payments". Apologies to anyone waiting for the last update, with the wheels in, and other Campy items, been a bit hogtied the last 48hrs. Don't despair they are coming.

Here is the wheels update for those waiting. Sorry its late, but you know how life can be when you dare to think you have a few minutes spare :roll:

Please read my descriptions with an open mind, because I really know very little about old 27" chromed stuff. My field is 700c & Campagnolo / Race bikes, not this older kit. Decide for yourself what is acceptable / useable / not worth the effort I am putting these up for grabs incase someone needs them, if there are no takers after a while, then its off to the bin with them. Thanks everyone, Laz.

SOLD1) 1 pair of chrome rimmed, 36hole, rims marked with an "f" in a rounded triangle, followed by 27 x 1 1/4. These are the exact markings.

Rear wheel: chromed hub is marked with a strange looping curly shape with "KK" inside ? Underneath the "KK" is the mark "G-91" ? Spindles are smooth. Original nuts present. Fitted with a plastic protector plate, the rear block is an OJ Shimano SIS, 6speed, marked "MF-HG20 singapore".

Front wheel: matched to the rear, it has the same "KK" markings (just about visible). Original nuts etc , as per above.

General condition: The chrome is showing its age, but from what I've read on other posts in here, the chrome is good enough to live with after a good cleansing. The spokes are also 90% OK, but 3 on the front are rusting quite bad and need attention OR replacing. Wheel runs true enough to use, no serious wobbles etc.

These wheels also come with original white wall tyres and inner tubes. The tyres are cracked with age but not split anywhere I have noticed and very rideable. £28 for the pair SOLD

SOLD 3) 1 Pair of 36holed, Raleigh chrome rimmed 27 x 1 1/4, on Maillard alloy hubs, hubs marked 35 84 on the front, 41 84 on the rear. 5 speed Maillard block (marked Maillard on the inner most chainring). Fitted with an alloy protector plate. Chrome looks to me like it will clean up with a good rub. Rear chrome is the worst and servicable IMHO, front much better. £28 for the pair NO tyres with these SOLD elsewhere

SOLD 4)Pick of the bunch, 1 pair of LF 36hole alloy rimmed, marked UKAI 27 x 1 1/4 LA ?, built on Large Flange Sunshine hubs with original skewers. 5 speed rear block, marked " Perfect 888 Maeda Industries Japan ", original Suntour chromed steel chain protector plate.

Condition of these wheels is close to perfect. They are dirty now, but flawless under the dirt. Spokes, hubs, block, skewers, tyres, high pressure inner tubes, all excellent condition. Price £58 the pair in current condition, £80 for mirror polished rims & hubs & complete rebuild with new Swiss DT spokes. SOLD

SOLD 5) 1 pair of chrome type alloy mudguards for 27" wheels. Condition very good, with a few marks, but no major damage. Price £10 SOLD

Prices for these wheels are to your door, so please consider this before thinking they're expensive, they are very heavy compared to what I'm used to, and I can't imagine getting a pair of these through the post for less than £10 -£12. If I'm wrong let me know Even the single will still be expensive postage because the wheel sizes are the same, and the weight limits of no difference to the price.

Further to all of this, I offer at a price of £10 per wheel a full rebuild with new stainless steel swiss dt spokes 2.3mm straight guage. I will polish the chrome also for this price, but only within reason, not to a NOS standard. I have access to an industrial buffer

Prices: 1) SOLD £28 for the pair, 2) £20 for the single rear, 3) SOLD elsewhere £28 for the pair, 4) SOLD £58 the pair OR £80 for rebuilt & polished.

Add £20 per pair for wheel rebuilds, and PM with this request.

700c Wheel rims update. Sorry for those who have waited but availability has been reduced due to some private sales since my last update. Here is what is left :

SOLD 4) 1@ Mavic yellow & purple label 32hole GP4 dark grey tubs rim (80's I believe). Has yellow label on it marked " double stainless steel eyelets, hard anodised treatment 650v". Braking surfaces fine, eyelets excellent. Price £12 SOLD
