WTD: Steel road frame 62cm/63cm/64cm

I need a road frame and forks to put onto some nice wheels I just acquired from buying a Univega hybrid bike for 15Euros,

Needs to have a 130mm spacing on the rear drop outs, would prefer late 80's to early 90's.

Not looking for anything too flash, so can't be a bank breaker. I am willing to swap retro MTB parts see my for sale thread

Raleigh steel frame & forks

I have a Raleigh frame and forks not been used since a respray. Nice lugs. Reynolds tubing - not sure which. 62cm frame. Only downside with this frame is that it has the initials of the original owner on (JSO). Will post some photos later. Stephen

I have a frame that fits the description. Approx 1990 Hand build Oria TT 09 tubing.
Its a whole bike at the moment but Can be taken apart.
(mounted with ultegra 6400 and Dura Ace 7400...)
