The coolest 'Old School' bike i have ever seen

I was out tonight with Mrs P for a BBQ with friends and a quick G & T

this was parked up outside the pub at Cramond in Edinburgh

Its absolutely stunning......................

Might be a custom, but there are companies selling similar bikes: http://www.electrabike.com/home.php, have a look at the cruisers section.

The trouble is, I suspect that these very stylised bikes are fun and a bit of a novelty for a while, but can't match something more conventional for practicality and long distance comfort. That upright, feet forward position, with all your weight on your backside, rather than being partly shared by your hands and feet, is going to start hurting fairly quickly.

Are these just another sort of BSO?

what are those 2 lujps attached to the spokes?

and just a rear hub brake?

They are units with L.C.D's in them

As the wheel is spinning round, they flash making the wheel look like a disk of light , i saw the dude leaving on it
They must be like Spokey Dokeys for this new decade
