I unashamedly bought this a while ago as it had some nice M730 parts I needed for a build. There's enough tubing in this frame to make a couple in my size so this is up for sale as frame, fork, bar and stem package. I also have some suitable, possibly original, wheels (Maillard hubs with Weinmann rims and a 5 speed screw on freewheel IIRC) that I can throw in for an extra £15.

The frame measures 21" centre to top on the seat tube and 23" centre to centre along the top tube. Nice lugged construction with horizontal Suntour dropouts. Paintwork is in very nice condition for it's age overall with just a few chips and scrapes but no dents or cracks. Rear spacing is 126.5mm and I will have to confirm the seatpost size. Rack mounts front and rear and no signs of rust in any of the tubes.

Asking a reasonable (IMHO!) £75 including UK postage for the package, or £90 with the wheels. Apologies for the indoor photo's but that's the way of it at this time of year  I haven't cleaned this in the slightest since stripping it down so although it is a bit grubby here and there it does give a good indication that it's been well looked after.

I think so. It was in the eBay watch section and I seem to remember you commenting it was near you?

Re:

I went and looked at it.
I know the guy who sold it to you, through going to the Big Bike Bash.
Lovely frame and forks, but it was just too big for me :(
Good luck with the sale mate

Thanks mate. It had a bit of tat on it. I karma'd the brakes and binned the knackered post and saddle. The frame and fork are really tidy though and the wheels are 'of the time'

Hi
Will it take a 7 speed cassette ?
Do you have the headset ? Or know size guess it would be 1" ?
Thanks

I had a quick Google and it seems that you can get 7 speed freewheels that would work with 126.5mm rear spacing although I think it would normally be 5 or 6 speed. Headset is indeed 1" :)
