*******Mrs GT's Retrocake*******

All manor of stodgy goodness can be made to order, but the most common for the Retrobikers is Tiffin and Flapjack.  Below is a batch of tiffin in progress, so you can all get an idea of the size Mrs GT normally produces in one go. The tray produces 12 portions of tiffin/flapjack, and she charges 60p per portion (previously sold at her former place of work for £1.20p  :shock: ). Depending on the quantity of any order, it would be weighed and the cost of postage obtained from the Royal Mail website.  However, as we know from previous orders, a discount will be offered should anyone want a whole tray; and this will be £11 posted (this works out at 50p per slice  ). She will price seperately for apple cake, scones, chocolate cake etc  Orders by PM please!

Anyone hungry

We polished off about a 1/3 of the trayful on Sunday/Monday - it was getting dangerous, so we had to resort to freezing them to prevent the lack of self-discipline! Now we can only have them with premeditation (i.e. when they've had time to thaw!).

And yes, am hungry...

down the the last square Discovered you can defrost a 2" square perfectly in about 8 seconds in a microwave... (freezing them *was* the only way to make them last longer before we scoffed the lot...)
