Ramstein-dh. Dodgy.

Ramstein-dh. 'Traded' with him. Another odd one, i have all the luck
Ok i sent him my patriot frame and decals for a rotor, hubs and £50.

He says he got his mrs sister or somehting to send the hubs on the 26th may.
Frame went off on that tuesday i think.

Then it gets fishy. No hubs. Gets frame then says its too small and has corrosion, he knew full well of these issues as i am a very honest seller. Its all clearly stated in my ad backed up with pictures.

Sends frame back - fair enough. Although a huge mess around for me, i would have preferred the hubs.
So i offer to buy the hubs as i believe he didnt send them - they havent turned up.


Ask for picture of receipt - So he says yes when he isnt busy while at the same time posting up pictures and adverts Ask again for picture, and he just makes up some excuse about how he has kids and doesnt have time to look through a tub of receipts (which i have both of and am able).

YES i have my frame back but he didnt send the hubs. Thyeyre not here - a week on. He has also ripped off a couple of other people which i can provide statements of.

He should be banned.

Have also asked for a refund on postage for the frame of which i doubt i will get.

He also likes to ignore my messages.

Mods please ban him and others beware!

delivery was a bit late but some folks are busy and dont sit on here all night

He's on PinkBike more often than here now, but I never had any issues with him

Now, i DO have my frame back so i havent lost out apart from postage which i cant see me getting refunded.

But a few good dealings cant make up for it, thats just waiting for the next person to have a sour deal with him. S-M Mentioned that he also had somebody giving him grief on a picture on pinkbike about a shock not turning up of which the comments are now deleted. And S-M has this:

I dont think in all my time of posting parcels i have had even 1 parcel go missing (that i recall). It seem smost of this guys go missing??

I too have a child and a big tub of receipts yet i can upload a picture within 10 mins or so if someone so wishes.
I will give you a clue, the receipt will be near the top. Unless of course you have been playing receipt bingo and have them in a tombola which i highly doubt.

took me months to get a frame fromhim i paid for..lots of reasons and ect why it hadnt ...even "i forgot" was used...i did get the frame but i busted my balls to do it..

oh and you can forget about proof of postage...i never saw any even when i paid extra for it..that i found a kick in the teeth.

I've been very lucky. As the new boy I recently bought my first bike from a member and it was a pleasurable transaction. That Feedback forum is a Godsend.

Alas, I'm an Admin on a car forum are there are one of two who's dealings are fishier than a night out with a whore from Billingsgate, but the hundreds of other members are honest, conscientious, and keen to be seen as responsible members of the community.

Thats good. Many on here are the same.

Its just the odd one, and they certainly are the odd one out. Like in this case.
