The look of it, the titanium colour, and the Ritchey dropouts are all consistent with it being a Merlin WCS - see slightly later example below.
If so, it is made from Ritchey Logic WCS, weighs not much over 4lbs (a bit more for this size 20), and won a Total Bike group test with 5/5.
