Kona Rear Noodle for V Brakes

Urgently required to finish off my Hei Hei build, a seat post mounted noodle to enable the use of rear v brakes - external size of seat tube is 32mm.

Appreciate pictures of what I'm looking for and advice of where to buy (if you know)...

Found this mod on our site - is this the only way to go or did Kona make anything 'proper' for cross over bikes (to V) from the mid 90s??
