i have decided to sell my evo2 frame, atleast that's what i think it is! i bought it from here maybe 2 or 3 years ago, i didn't expect much from this frame but it turned out to be a lovely rider. the reason for the sale is my new Demon build, that will become my main xc rider and my clockwork will become my winter bike so i have no need for another winter bike!!
the frame started out life as a normal evo2 with v and disc mounts but the v mounts were very neatly removed and the frame was resprayed and re-stickered, not by me, by the previous owner. he did an excellent job aswel, the paint is bright orange powder coat and has been very tough, i don't think there are and chips in it but there is some cable rub although it's not bad.
i have been using a 420mm a-c rigid fork with it, initially i used a 440mm but it didn't feel right so i assume it's designed around an 80mm suspension fork. the disc mount is a standard IS mount.
sizes are 19" c-t seat tube, 22" top tube c-c, 27.2 seatpost, 68mm b/b, 31.8 f/mech, 1 1/8 headtube which is 120mm long.
£80 collected (or at a meet) or £95 posted to UK.
here's some pics, sorry for the odd blurry one, didn't notice till the pics were on the laptop.
dib here followed by a pm please.
oh and the 'jonnyboy666' sticker does come off easily but i am not gonna remove it till it's sold, if it doesn't sell i won't be upset to keep it so until then it can stay.
