1991 Yeti Fro

One of those Fro/Pro Fro hybrids I assume. Integrated bolt for the seat tube. The extra reinforcement for the wishbone. Team drop outs. 91 ish I assume.

Started with a frame. Then got the stem and the fork with OG paint coming of a Ultimate bitd. The frame and stem will get the same splatter as the original coloured fork.

Got the Grafton Speed Stix from Felix. Now anodised black. Ird seat post. Nos 91 Turbo from Haaland. Mavic hubs just to do something different. The usual XT. Campa rims. Will have to build wheels soon.

I left the frame with the painter today and can't remember. :/ But been in a dry Norwegian basement for 15 years until I got my hands on it.

Interested to see the frame when its painted. Is the painter doing the splatter too or are you doing that yourself?
 
Painter is doing the splatter. The fork is of a early Ultimate that was all splatter, but stolen around 92 when the owner had already put a sus fork on it.

Really cool. Refreshing to see another paint scheme too !
I would be to conservative for that ;-).
