Big thanks Vern , brilliant ride , videod the Cock of The North , was definately worth eating the pain killers and rubbing on the Radian B , big downer last night as I seroiusly thought I wouldn't be able to even get there this morning but I'm happy now as I thouroughly enjoyed it . As a bonus you don't feel the pain in your legs as much on the long uphills when pumped full of ibuprofen and paracetamol, didn't have to touch the stronger ones in my backpack either .

Fantasic ride, i loved it and definately want to do that again, i was a bit gutted when Chris told me that we were about to do the last descent back to Goathland as it seemed to be over too soon!

Just about to start putting my pics in the bucket now!

I never tire of riding the Moors and this ride was perfect in every way, the trails, views, weather and company was fantastic

Huge thanks to Vern for arranging an absolute belter of a ride again

Looked great....shame I couldn't face it after 3hrs kip.

Been in bed all day on painkillers then squeezed a local loop after 6pm them straight back to bed!

Wouldn't of coped today.

Finally got all of my pics uploaded!!

Had to stop off and take a couple of the epic scenery on the road down into Goathland, its just stunning round there..
