Got it from the Netherlands looking like this:
Decided to build it up first instead of repainting as 95% of the paint is in good condition and want to ride it as well. Cleaned thoroughly, treated worst of the rust spots and applied some helicopter tape to ensure rust spots don't get any worse.
Went for a Dura Ace 7400 6 speed build to tie in with frame date 1985 (SB744
, stem is 7400 but from a few years later.
Rims are 32 hole Mavic GP4's, Sapim butted spokes. Cinnelli 65 handlebars.
I re-covered the turbo saddle that came on the bike with perforated leather:
