Late 1980s frame with Reynolds 501 main tubes.Seat tube ct to ct 20" top tube ct to ct 22", rear spacing 127mm and takes a 27.2 seatpost.Has no damage other than suface rust,with a cheap powder coat you would have a fairly decent frame.
I have the headbadge for it too. £ 15 collect from Blandford in Dorset,any questions please ask. Mike.

No headset but comes with the stem in the picture,where would it need to be posted ? Funny i was looking at it today wishing it was bigger and thinking about putting an ahead stem on it.

No shortage of 1" headsets out there and i could throw in a tatty seatpost that you could tart up.Never posted a frame before but people seem to quote £12-15 for it.

do you know what height the frame suits ? also it looks like it has horizontal dropouts can you confirm that please

Yes its got hoizontal drop outs,as for if it fits you ? You have to work that out for yourself,i'm 6 foot and ride 22" ,22 1/2".
