after selling off my Yeti ARC, and the USE SUB fork and wheels that were fitted to the Tranny, i decided it was time to treat the Ibis to some 'proper' kit!

an almost new pair of Rockshox SID Worldcup XX forks with carbon crown and steerer and hydraulic lockout were purchased to replace the one-legged USE, and an equally almost new pair of Mavic Crossmax SLR tubeless wheels were acquired to complete the revamp.

really pleased with how it looks, and the weight savings are quite noticeable too!
the wheels are works-of-art in the machining, graphics and overall fit and finish, and the SID forks are super-plush.

it's a very different looking machine now, looks like a full-on race bike, and i will put my hand up and admit that it is waaaaay overkill for me, but.... i love it! it is everything i could ever wish for in a bike, light, fast and comfy, hope you like it! :D

Very nice...what year are the SLR. I have found some earlier ones a little slow engaging but heard newer ones are great.
