Hey guys, picked this up the other week with some other bits I wanted, just couldn’t say no as I could see the potential underneath the grime and oil. The paint is in good condition, no surface rust, decals are still in good order for the age.
She’s an 18” 1992 Kona Fire Mountain with almost its original spec, only the front tyre and saddle are replacements from what I can see.
The chainrings and cassette have most of their life left from what I can see adding the brake blocks.
She just needs a full strip, clean and polish, new grease and new inner cables. A fantastic winter project to keep you busy.
Afraid I have pinched the Seat QR and barends. It does have the slanted stem cap and bolt fitted, located after the pics were taken.
£50 plus postage or collect from near Warminster in Wiltshire. I’ll even throw in a new KMC chain to save you scrubbing the old one
