A few sets of forks that I won't bee needing for builds so time to let them go. Everything will be on ebay on Friday so grab a bargain while they are here.
SOLD: Judy XL - £75
In absolutley stunning condition, barely marked aside from a small rub to one decal and what looks like to be a hint of bubbling under the lovely purple metallic paint in that area. Seem to work as they should, no marks to stantions, adjusters all do their job. Steerer is 1 1/8 and 215mm long.
SOLD: U.G.L.I forks - £40
Bought these for my dynatech build but have grown used to the RC31s up front and can't see me ever swapping. These forks I bought off ebay a while back for just shy of £45. They have been media blasted and are ready for paint. Been sat in a box in my garage for more than a year, possibly two. No real signs of damage aside from a slight ding (third picture below) which is pictured. Something rattles when you shake the fork, I would guess some media from the blasting worked its way in, needs flushing out if you are bothered by it. Would look lovely painted - my plan was for a ti coloured leg (as they are steel blades) and black drop outs and crown. Steerer is 1 1/8, and very long, I think in the 230mm region.
RST XMO - £50
Light, stiff air sprung fork that can take disc or v brakes. Heralded to be better than the SID of the day, certainly very plush, even when compared to modern air forks, or even my FSX with what in theory are the same internals (Englund air). Grab yourself a lovely fork to use, or perhaps even try to fit the internals to a Judy (it had crossed my mind), though these are a much better fork all round. Steerer is 1 1/8 and just shy of 190mm long.
KARMA - GONE
Not sure what these are from. Adjusters say MEKS which I believe is a maker of carbon forks. Various internals and wiper seals of varying diameters. Not sure what forks these fit, but for free (well postage), worth a punt.
