Or not. The region's favourite flipper went round to the guy's house yesterday and offered twice the asking price. The frame will end up being sold as "r@re, restored" with a set of no-name boingers and riser bars and the forks pushed on for hundreds of euros. Next time I see him, he gets a punch up the chuff.

Not mine anymore as I've just sold it to JameLee my AEC deputy, thought I'd pop a pic up of the fantastic job he's made of tidying it up!

Hi lads, just joined the board as I've just got back into mountain bikes - used to have a GT timberline in the early 90's but have had to buy a cheap bike for our hols next month in Holland. So...

I've picked this up for £35 and I love it, rides great. Just took all the cheap mudguards and lights off and gave it a quick clean (going to give it a proper once-over next weekend).
