Gorgeous, and top marks for actually riding (and racing, no less!) the thing. Is it only me though who preferred it in it's XTR/3DV form?

I totally get what you mean about not running XTR, unless you're seriously competitive LX is all anyone could need, but when you have it at your disposal & all the 3DV goodies surely it'd be rude not to? Also the skinwalls looked best IMO but then tyres (and brake pads) are best off being fresh and reliable over looking perfect.
