Must admit, we have the decs up which is about 2 weeks earlier than normal - we aren't usually this organised. The decs always come down by 12th night cos it's my birthday and I don't like to share. :roll:
I've never heard of 12 days before Christmas though.

Bit worrying if you need a special day to make you be nice to people. Being alive is enough reason for me.
