WW2 foldable klunker bike - Kent

Theres one of these at a Prop Hire place I use, they don't know what it is but I've asked to buy it a few times over the years and answer is always 'no!'.....its been repainted badly a few times....
 
Chap who was in the club I used to ride with rode one of these regularly dressed in full uniform. He genuinely was a POW, taken prisoner having parachuted in to the Battle of Arnhem. It was a long time ago but I’m sure he told me these are quite fragile as they weren’t built to last.

He's right. TBH, they're wall art and a terrific piece of nostalgia. I've ridden one and it's an experience I wouldn't want to repeat !
